情緒不穩



越來越覺得自己心智弱,

每當遇不快而又切身的問題時都感到頭痛得很,

就算只是偶爾想到都會發生!


頭痛藥對此好像幫助不大,

只有極力轉移自己的思想才能稍稍改善,

苦惱不堪!


朋友前談及到而大部份人都說這可能是情緒病之一,

叫我遇到不快的事時盡量避開,

想到不安的事時叫自己以其他喜歡的事物來分散精神。

努力嘗試照著做有時稍為改善,

但有時忍不住都是繼續諗!


無能為力下只有告訴神,

努力嘗試避開不想見的人卻設法接近喜歡的人,

睇書、做自己心儀的事情、不要糊思亂想,

這是我個人可以做到的所有事,

其他的我惟有交託神!

  1. When it gets to a point that it's affecting your normal life, don't leave it to God, a doctor should be consulted. It's very common over here to see doctors for problems like this.

    1. You must have been away from HK for too long that you don't know about the changes here. New immigrants from China have been lately occupying much of our medical services.
      If I go for a family doctor, I would usually been asked to tell the problem. If I say "headache", Panadol will be given to me just for that problem. The doctors have no time to listen carefully to what causing the headache. If I go for a specialist, it is too costly for a private one. A friend of mine goes for a specialist paying over a thousand HK$ for only one visit. It is too much over what I can afford. If I go for a government specialist, I would be asked to wait for over one year for the first visit. It is what HK now, you know.
