吃滯了



感冒後胃口回復正常,

刻意設法讓減去的磅數也回復過來,

於是今日吃、吃、吃,

比較平時吃多咗!


早餐一件火腿蛋三文治加一杯咖啡,

午餐吃了糯米雞一隻並加中國茶一杯, 

下午吃了一碗魚旦粉加一碟灼油菜, 

晚餐預備了一條蒸魚加一碗白飯,

現在飽到坐立不安!

  1. Even though it doesn't look like it's too much, it probably is too much for you.
    How are you feeling now?
    Maybe you should have no more than 3 meals today.

    1. I have been taking 3 meals a day for many years. Since I have lost weight, I tried to push myself to eat more and more.
