弄巧反拙




近日過磅發覺輕了,

失去大約兩公斤重量,

所以吃、吃、吃!


磅數依舊,

好失望。

今早起床肚脹脹,

飽飽滯滯很不舒暢!

  1. If you enjoy eating, it's OK to eat more. If not, don't force yourself to eat more than you should.
    I'm the opposite in recent years, I'm gaining weight. Even now that I've been hiking almost every weekend, I didn't lose any weight, instead, I'm gaining. Most likely, I'm getting more muscles, that's why.

    1. I eat simply because I feel hungry. I can hardly make nice dishes. I can just say that they are only my personal taste. I do need to gain more weight and muscles.
