蛋治
昨天買了一件回家不知甚麼原因沒有即時吃,
可能做開別的事情忘記罷,
到記起時又不想吃了,
自然地把它放入雪櫃中,
今早用來當早餐。
估唔到仍然很好味,
不單只沒有乾了或硬了的感覺,
反有超乎想像之好質感,
唯一的美中不足便是當中有粒小蛋殼,
不過以蛋製成的食物往往如是還是不要太介懷不要再多諗,
卻使我不禁諗是否以後都把三文治雪凍了才吃呢?
